30-Day Returns and Refunds Policy

At Lumabio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, subject to the following conditions:

Returns

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging, plastics etc.
  2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from the date of delivery. You can reach us at the Contact Us section of our website. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Shipping of Returns: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure that the product is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  1. Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions

  1. Damaged or missing items: Products that are received damaged upon return or that are missing the original packaging are not eligible for a refund. Please refer to the product description or contact us for clarification before making a purchase.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment.

Additional Information

  1. Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or for excessive or unreasonable returns.
  2. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
